I founded the law firm in 2004. Until 2019, I worked with my wife and several colleagues, but now I work independently. The advantage for clients is that it cannot happen that less experienced colleague perform work for the client on my behalf. I speak Czech and English. I strive to provide legal services with maximum professional care, in the shortest possible time and at a reasonable price. My main motivation in providing legal services is client satisfaction.
I provide legal services in all areas of law, except for criminal and social security law. I most frequently provide legal services in these areas of law:
Real estates, including apartments, especially transfers, construction contracts, owner declarations
Contracts for work on construction projects
Development projects
Legal services for property management companies and real estate agencies
Company transfers, changes in companies and cooperatives
Legal assistance in the liquidation of companies and cooperatives
Debt recovery
Representing clients at courts
I always agree on the fee with the client for each specific case according to the type of case and the expected time required. The fee can be hourly, a lump sum for the whole case, or in some cases, a contingency fee.
